The companies, which operate in the construction sector, have been going through a time of major transformations linked to the processes of globalization of the economy and to growing developments in technological, social and market aspects. All these changes increase the requirements for the competitiveness of these companies and reinforce the issue of human training with regard to professional qualification, where skills, abilities and attitudes required are becoming increasingly higher. It is necessary for the professional to adapt to this new scenario, characterized by the intense search for product quality, increased productivity and competitiveness. Die Autorin hat einen Abschluss in Architektur und Städtebau und einen Master in Bauwesen, mit Schwerpunkt in der Lehre der Projektkoordination, und verfügt über Erfahrung in der Leitung, Koordination und Entwicklung von Architekturprojekten sowie in der Leitung und Überwachung von Bauarbeiten; sie ist Dozentin und Koordinatorin von Kursen in Architektur und Städtebau und Innenarchitektur.
