As paediatric surgeons, our goal is to achieve optimal surgical outcomes. In order to attain success, it is imperative that we explains some important topic to all. Paediatric population form nearly 40 percent of our population and they form large number of patients load in any busy outpatient clinics. The approach has therefore been reader friendly .The stress is on the presentation and diagnosis hence ,the treatment parts are only outlines in principles. I had sensed the need of such a title to help those babies suffering from paediatric surgical conditions to get the best,safest and the early intervention as the diagnosis.
