The expression of ideas and human emotions using photography represents a human product that is embodied in the form of art. The art is a human phenomenon that transfers the person s sensory and emotional experiences to others through the artwork he produces. It is also a social phenomenon that derives its existence from several social frameworks, which assess the content of the artwork. Art is described as an art when it is described by a group as an expression of art. Like language, the forms of art are used by everyone or the elite to express their ideas and perceptions. The civic symbols is a form of art, which carries a number of representations and perceptions whose content ( which they are based on) focuses on the purpose, That s to say, ability of the content to hide the reality. It is not based on the achieved performance, that s to say, for example, the aesthetic effect they bring to the place.
