Palestinian Statehood under the principles of public international law

The Palestinian conflict has been unfolding for considerable decades now. What this book will address and critically analyze is whether Palestine meets the requirements for Statehood under international law and if not, an assessment over the existence of factors infringing on the preconditions necessary to meet those requirements.
