It is not uncommon today to see unemployment in one hand and relative shortage of man power in another hand. Efforts to help people identify appropriate careers and influences in the process of career decision making is not only matters for an individual, but it matters the 'we of us'. The entire part of this book, therefore, dedicated to reveal those dilemma in the process of career decision making. Family, significant others, and culture (gender role, and gender streotyping) were treated well. "No two persons are born exactly alike, but each differs from each other in a natural, endowment, and one being suited for one career and another for another . all things will be produced in superior quality and quantity and with a greater ease, when each man works at a single career in accordance with her/his natural gifts (Hoppock, 1967; cited in Ipaye, 1986)"-from the introduction.

Abiot Yenealem Derbie is a lecturer of psychology at the University of Bahir Dar in the department of School Psychology. He received his BA Degree in Psychology and MA Degree in Counseling Psychology from Addis Ababa University. He used as a counselor in JHU/CCP, ARC-Ethiopia.
