Parsley nanoparticles against zinc oxide nanoparticles in Nile tilapia

Physiological, histological, and immunological study on the effect dietary parsley leaves extract and parsley nano particles against zinc oxide nanoparticles toxicity in Nile tilapia, Oreochromis niloticus. Fish were exposed to ZnO-NPs toxicity and fed on 4g/kg diet parsley leaves and 4g/kg diet parsley nano particles for six weeks. After exposure period, blood was collected for biochemical and immunological analysis. As well as liver tissues of Nile tilapia were taken for oxidative enzymes and histopathological studies. Co-administration of Nile tilapia on (4g/kg diet) parsley leaves or parsley nanoparticles enhanced the destructive effects of ZnO-NPs. It was more evidence in fish co-administered with parsley nanoparticles.
