Part-Time Students: Aiming for Boundaryless or Protean Careers?

The present study investigates the career expectations of Part-Time students at the University of Applied Sciences bfi Vienna as well as the resulting effects on organizational career development measures. In particular, aspects of the two career concepts "Boundaryless Career" and "Protean Career" were used for comparison purposes and their existence was examined in the career goals of the students.
