Partial shading of photovoltaic systems

This book deals with a problem generally encountered in photovoltaic systems, a problem which has a major impact on the production of electricity from photovoltaic fields. In this book, this problem has been studied and solutions have been proposed.These solutions have demonstrated their effectiveness in overcoming the problem, as well as their lower cost compared with other solution strategies.

Cheikhne CHEIKH AHMED ist Doktor der Elektrotechnik an der Ecole Mohammedia d'Ingénieurs (EMI), Universität Mohamed V in Rabat, Marokko. Seine Forschungsinteressen umfassen die Steuerung des Photovoltaik-Energieumwandlungssystems, das Problem der teilweisen Abschattung und intelligente Techniken zur Steuerung von Systemen für erneuerbare Energien.
