Participation-oriented management and grass-roots politics in Brazil

"The subject of this book by Marianne Nassuno is the Participatory Budgeting of Porto Alegre.(...) Trabalha no Poder Executivo Federal, tendo atuado em diversos órgãos como o Ministério da Administração Federal e Reforma do Estado, Escola Nacional de Administração Pública, Ministério da Cultura e Ministério do Planejamento.
