"Path dependence" in Public Policies: The cases shown by Latin America

This book summarizes two articles that compare policies among four Latin American countries. It is a individual contribution of a broader Research project called Latin American Reality, which is an interdisciplinary research project carried out by professors from different courses of the Federal University of São Paulo. The main objective of the research project is to know the Latin American reality from experiences in loco. The trips are carried out with students and aim to interview and meet union leaders, politicians, NGO coordinators, employers' leaders, among others.
