Pathological breast discharges are abnormal breast secretions which can take on different appearances: milky, sero-sanguinous, bloody, etc. They constitute a major health problem in women throughout the world.The aim of this study is to contribute to improving our knowledge of the management of pathological breast discharge in our environment.It is a documentary and descriptive study of cases of breast discharge collected in the gynaecology and obstetrics department of the Cliniques Universitaires de Kinshasa (CUK) during the period from 1 January 2022 to 10 October 2023. According to our inclusion criteria, 89 cases of breast discharge were included.The mean age of the patients was 38.6 years. Married women accounted for 26.9%. Nulliparous women accounted for 37% of cases, with the majority (49.4%) presenting with breast discharge. Mastodynia was the reason for consultation in 50.5% of cases, and the discharge was milky in most cases.
