Document prepared based on the research entitled "Normative Framework of patient safety in three levels of health care", submitted to the call for Rectorate Funds 2018, of the National University of Asuncion. It aims to be a contribution to the training of nursing students, and an opportunity to delve into a relevant aspect of quality of care. It provides theoretical and conceptual elements and reflects an aspect of the reality of care in Health Services.
