Patient satisfaction is a state of mind since it depends on the emotions surrounding the confirmed/dis-confirmed expectations before experiencing a healthcare service (Naidu, 2009) patients' satisfaction entails the perception and attitude of a patient in the form of contentment or discontent following the outcome of the care and treatment that they receive from a healthcare institution or medical facility in relation to the expectations and anticipations that they had. (Zolaly, 2012).
