This book represents my journey over the past two years, in which I am trying to find peace not only in my mind but also in my heart. Each and every person has experienced pain and love, betrayal and reconnection. A collection of poems about trauma healing and finding your way back to yourself. These poems are a reminder to not give up on the path of finding love within yourself. I hope my words make you feel seen and heard.
