PECULIARITIES OF CRIMINAL LEGAL PROTECTION OF CYBERSPACE

The book is devoted to the important and topical topic of criminal legal protection of cyberspace and the main types of cybercrimes in Ukraine and abroad.The issue of national security and cyber security as a its component has become very acute for Ukraine right now. Therefore, the issue of developing adequate and systematic cyberspace protection measures is very important. The work analyzes the main types of cyber threats, special attention is paid to cryptocurrency as a means of committing cyber crimes. Special attention is focused on the study of foreign experience in the context of cyber threats and cyber crimes.
