Peculiarity of social responsibility in the banking sector of Georgia

The first chapter - "The Theoretical-Methodological Foundations of the Social Responsibility of the Banking Sector Research" - discusses the historical clues to the origins of the banking sector, the essence and significance of social responsibility of the banking sector, the forms and mechanisms of socially responsible banking sector.The second chapter - "The Analysis and Assessment of the Current State of Social Responsibility of the Banking Sector" - examines and evaluates the experience of social responsibility of the banking sector in the countries with developed economy, the practice of social responsibility of the banking sector in countries with economies in transition, the current state of social responsibility of the banking sector in Georgia.In the third chapter - "Priorities for Fulfilling Social Responsibility in the Georgian Banking Sector" - the indicators for assessing the social responsibility of the Georgian banking sector are studied, the results of the study on social responsibility in the Georgian banking sector are evaluated, and the main directions for activating the social responsibility of the Georgian banking sector are defined.
