Perceived Overqualification and its outcomes

This book is about immigrants and their Overqualification. It especially emphasizes on the way high degree individuals undergo treats in their low jobs. In the particular case study of North-Cyprus, Immigrants Employees from different organizations accept low jobs that do not match their skills, experiences, and knowledge Maynard, Joseph & Maynard (2006). When an employee feels overqualified at his/her job, there is no need to border himself by looking for additional experience. He/she will feel bored by having a turnover intention to quit the job.
