The book is explaining about the "Performance appraisal of executives in National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC) Limited in Ramagundam - a study" which measure are important in any organisation, employees play a vital role in the industrial economy. This book is majorly concentrated on how employees appraisal, how it is impacting on organisation viz-a-viz to organisation impacting performance of employees. This book made an attempt to understand the appraisal mechanism on different employees, incorporated all section of employees. All the employees expressed satisfactory about the all appraisal constituted which providing or implanting by the (NTPC) Limited in Ramagundam organisation.
