Performance Audit program

At the IV World Conference on Women, the UN adopted the term gender as a tool for analyzing the reality of women: "Gender is the way in which all societies of the world determine the roles, attitudes, values and relationships concerning men and women. While sex refers to the biological aspects that derive from sexual differences, gender is a culturally constructed definition of women and men with clear political implications".
