This book emphasizes the performance management and explains to measure the performance for the academia, as case study approach. ITESCM (Integrated Tertiary Educational Supply Chain Management) model for the universities was defined in this chapter. Chapter three highlights performance measurements for the academia in terms of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The current scenario of KPIs use in different developed countries, including USA, Canada, U.K, Australia, etc. was mentioned.The sample of performance indicators of graduates and research outcomes, that denotes the final outcomes of ITESCM model, was mentioned.

Autorentext

Anatoliy G. Goncharuk is a Doctor of Economic Science (2010) and PhD (2001), and works as a professor at the Odessa National Academy of Food Technology. His research interests include efficiency and performance measurement and management in manufacturing. He has written over 100 works that published in 15 countries.
