With brisk growth of wireless communication system Multi Input Multi Output (MIMO) technology emerging as promising solution to the increment of system demand capacity. So, the MIMO give a solution to increase the data rate with out increment of transiting power or the channel bandwidth.Several method are conducting with the MIMO to increase the channel capacity such as; Time Division Multiple Access (TDMA), Frequency Division Multiple Access (FDMA) and Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA). In this work, the Orthogonal Space Time Block Code (O-STBC) MIMO Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) system over flat fading channel is presented as the litterateur work.The QO-STFBC over OFDMA proposed to solve the incapability of O-STBC over selective frequency channel and to exployed the frequency diversity. The obtained results by using Matlab program showed the enhancement of the capacity.The QO-STFBC system examined over frequency selective channel,with 4 Tx and 4 Rx where are the SNR equal to 7dB and the obtained BER is 10-6.
