He received his Ph.D and M.Sc. degrees from Ain Shams University in 2008 and 2001, respectively. His Ph.D is dedicated to this book. His M.Sc. is dedicated to Design and Optimization of Silicon RF Front-ends For Mobile Communication Systems. He published more than 45 scientific papers and technical reports in international conferences, journals and technical committee He is Associate Professor in Microelectronics Dept, Electronics Research Institute, Cairo, Egypt. His current research interests are Embedded System Design, Telemedicine systems, wireless sensors network, medical electronics, Bioelectronics, Bioinformatics and application.
