Personal Reflections from COVID-19 Pandemic Assessements

The Covid-19 Pandemic is like a long announced fatality that was not taken seriously and is forcing a rethinking of a number of preconceived notions. Here are some personal reflections on the social, economic and other issues arisen from a personal involvement in concrete assessments of the Covid-19 effects, impacts and needs in several countries in Latin America which may be applicable for a post-pandemic reset.
