Personnel management and career development in the public service

The monograph "Personnel Management and Career Development in Public Service" outlines the theoretical foundations of personnel management. Based on domestic and foreign experience, the issues of personal career development of civil servant in modern conditions are considered. The basics of management organization, personnel management concepts, personnel management strategies, as well as technologies and methods of personnel management on the examples of civil servants of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation are studied. The publication is intended for bachelors, masters and doctoral students. The monograph is recommended for printing by the decision of the Academic Council of Aktobe State University named after K. Zhubanov, Minutes 14 of 24.06.2024.
