Perspectives in Resource Use Conflicts

This book provides a basis for detailed account of a long-term initiative to reduce and manage conflict between the local interests of resource-poor households and the nation/global interests of biodiversity conservation around the two critical ecosystems of Pugu and Kazimzumbwi coastal forests. The book concludes by calling for re-thinking on the best approaches to accommodate these factors for ensuring sustainable management of these resources.
