Peruvian ministries' level of electronic transparency

This book is the result of research carried out to obtain a Master's degree in Public Administration at the University of Minho in Portugal. In carrying out this work, indicators were defined, based on Peru's electronic transparency law, to assess the level of electronic transparency of Peruvian ministries. This work initiates a discussion on the progress made in the transition to digital systems, which certain organisations are implementing due to the increasingly massive use of new technologies.
