Pharmacists' Motivation and Job Satisfaction

In an effort to improve the overall productivity and performance in the healthcare sector a wide variety of different researches sought to identify the conditions that create a highly motivated and satisfied workforce. Although a growing body of interest toward job satisfaction exists globally, minimum were done on pharmacists. The number of Saudi and expatriates' pharmacists in the government and private healthcare sector has been steadily increasing in Saudi Arabia during the past few decades, drawing management attention toward concerning factors influencing pharmacists' motivation and job satisfaction.

Nabila é um par de gémeos nascidos na Tunísia em 1977 e criados na Arábia Saudita até à idade de 16 anos, quando se mudaram para Hove no Reino Unido. Obteve o seu Bacharelato em Pharamcy com distinção pela Universidade John Moores de Liverpool em 2000, depois um Mestrado em Gestão Internacional do Sistema de Saúde pela Universidade de Liverpool.
