The text covers various aspects of investigational techniques, morphology, microscopy, powder microscopical characters of crude drugs and determinations of lipid containing crude drugs and chemical test for crude drugs made in Pharmacognosy and phytopharmaceuticals lab. It gives me a great happiness in introducing this book on Practical Manual of Pharmacognosy and Phytopharmaceuticals lab to the Pharma.D II year students. We have conceptualized the book in order to bring out the clarity on the practical aspects of the subject, which will help to improve the medicinal herbs basic concept to the students.
