Phonomen: "Found where not looking"

The Internet book "Force Majeure in Surgery", published by the international book brand - LAP LAMBERT Academic Publishing (Germany), 2018, aroused the interest of people far from medicine, not because it reflects current medical issues, but also raise, if not oddly enough, other topical issues related to this problem. For example: various types of human humanitarian activities, indirectly intertwining psychosocial, legal social policy of society. And with the same, it has an impact on improving the diagnosis of diseases, reducing the number of errors in the treatment of pathology. Clinical materials, which collected unusual observations and cases from practice, are based on 200 observations. We studied the clinical data of archival material obtained from the hands of 25 highly qualified surgeons, professors, for which we are grateful. The material is systematized and for the first time studied the positions of other humanitarian disciplines (psychosocial and legal issues, ethics of deontology). This required philosophical comprehension, evaluation from the point of view of epistemology.

El profesor Toktomushev A.T., tras graduarse en el Instituto Médico Estatal de Kirguistán en 1977, comenzó su carrera médica como cirujano de distrito. Residencia clínica en urología en el Centro Ruso de Investigación del Cáncer que lleva el nombre de N.N.Blokhin, donde defendió su doctorado y su tesis doctoral. Ha publicado más de 100 publicaciones, incluidas 4 monografías.
