Physical Education at School

In today's world, children have less and less time and space to play. Should Physical Education and schools today encourage this type of behavior and promote playfulness throughout the various stages of education? Or should they adopt a more rigid approach to learning, moving closer to the curriculum and the concept of sport? What are the advantages and disadvantages of these very different approaches? And what should we do to have more capable adults in a wide range of fields? This set of questions led to reflection and research on this topic, which I believe can be a starting point for many others.
