Physical education in higher education

The monograph presents a variant use of material on physical education of students depending on the curriculum of a particular higher education institution, contributing to the success of the class. The material of classes contains a description of general exercises, sports games, etc. Recommendations for conducting classes, detailed lesson plans for 1 course, intermediate controls, options for control and final examinations. The proposed complexes of physical exercises will increase the efficiency of the educational process, avoid monotony and awaken the interest of students to independent physical exercises. The methodology of teaching different types of sports is presented.
