Physical exercises and cervical osteoarthritis

Body posture is the relationship of the positions of all the joints of the body with respect to the surrounding space and how the subject relates to it, being influenced by hereditary, professional, psychological, habits, fashions, cultural and physical factors. The conditions of an activity that increase the possibility of the development and appearance of musculoskeletal conditions or disorders, will be given by a branch or science that will relate man to his working conditions: Ergonomics. This studies the interaction between the person and his work environment, that is to say, the adaptation of the work and the equipment to the environment of the person, allowing the adaptation and interaction between the different work environments and their conditions and the human being, allowing a better performance and improvement of his productivity.

Hochschulabschluss in Körperkultur, 34 Jahre alt. 12 Jahre Erfahrung als Lehrer an der Fakultät für Körperkultur in Santiago de Cuba. Ich habe mehrere Fächer unterrichtet, darunter angepasste körperliche Aktivität, therapeutische Körperkultur, medizinische Kontrolle. Ich habe Kurse in Massage und Forschungsmethodik belegt und mache derzeit einen Master-Abschluss in CFT.
