Details

Obesity is seen as a chronic disease, leading to early disability and possible premature death. Rehabilitation of persons with obesity should be comprehensive. It is necessary to study the influence of modern rehabilitation equipment, the possibilities of using biomechanical stimulation devices (BMS) as a means of physical rehabilitation in obesity. BMS is a mechanical effect of vibration on human muscles, which results in a number of physiological changes that contribute to the training of muscles. The effect of vibration is along the muscle fibres, i.e. in the direction of normal muscle contraction. The effect of BMC is achieved tens or even hundreds of times faster and with less effort compared to conventional training.
