The medicines that "are clichéd from plants became a part of health care system in several regions of world and nowadays plants are considered" as a valuable agent against diseases caused by microbes. In the present work we did the phytochemical and antimicrobial screening of the bark of Eucalyptus camadulensis. The phytochemical screening, heavy metals analysis and antimicrobial activities of stem bark of Eucalyptus camaldulensis was carried out at PCSIR lab. Peshawar, Pakistan. The phytochemical investigation revealed presence of nine metabolites. For the antimicrobial activities two species of gram positive bacteria (Enterococcus faecalis, Bacillus cereus), three species of gram negative bacteria (Shigella sonnei, Citrobacter freundii and Klebsiella pneumonia) and five species of fungi (Aspergillus niger, Aspergillus flavus, Alternaria alternata, Penicillium notatum and Trichoderma harzianum) were selected. This Book is for researches working on phytochemical and antimicrobial screening of plants and for pharmaceutical companies.
