This include metabolic fingerprinting via UPLC/qTOF-ESI-HRMS, GC/MS analyses for lipid and volatile contents, protein analysis and isolation and identification of active constituents using different chromatographic and spectroscopic techniques..etc. In addition to evaluating their biological activities using invitro and invivo preclinical studies basicly to test their role as antidiabetic and antihypercholesterolemic agents.
