The book in hand provides the fundamental knowledge of phytohormones [(abscisic acid (ABA), gibberellic acid (GA) and Indole 3-acetic acid (IAA)] applications in groundnut under drought condition. Drought emerged as one of the serious threat to the field crop production especially groundnut in the arid and semi-arid tropics. The writer served Khyber Pakhtoonkhwa Agric.Res.Deptt. for more than 22 years as a Researcher and Manager. During stay he involved in varieties development and Seed Production activities of oilseeds. His entire efforts were directed for autarky in edible oil. Presently he is working in Hazara University as Assistant Professor, Agri.Deptt.
