Piperazine Derivatives

Piperazine is an interesting heterocyclic moiety as constituent of several biologically active molecules. Derivatives of Piperazine heterocyclic ring explored as Anti-Bacterial drug.It has shown in the study that the Piperazine is more active against Gram positive bacteria. Piperazine derivatives can be used as a landmark drugs for the treatment of the diseases caused by the Gram positive bacteria.In this project the properties of Piperazine is focused as Anti-Bacterial acitvity .
