Plan your family-type crop production in three steps

Rural households in Africa are responsible for agricultural production and the supply of agricultural products to processing industries and other consumers for their subsistence. Given this role, a number of agricultural sector development projects have been launched to help these households increase their productivity and diversify their production so as to guarantee the availability of different agricultural products, thereby ensuring food security for the population. To date, the diversity of products from family farms destined for the market requires support for farmers, who are generally unprepared to manage their growing activities and cope with the demands of the partners with whom they must collaborate, which is why this manual has been written.
