Drawing is the language of Engineers and Architects. Building forms the largest land use element in any city structure. It makes important impact on the overall appearance of the city and its urban form. Housing configuration can make the cities total image and its social and cultural life look different. Lots of structures are constructed every year but most of them lack in scientific and functional planning. A house is to be so planned that it should offers maximum utility and comfort by using building bye laws. Beside it should present a good appearance. A civil engineer is responsible for proper planning and functional design of any kind civil engineering structures.
