As a professor of Change & OD, I have observed that there are many management books on the subject with lots of case studies are theories explaining the change & OD. A lots has changed in the last ten years. These changes now with the advent radical technological changes necessitated human behaviors and cultural changes - a battle is always going on inside all of us. Therefore, one has to look at both inner and outer aspects of change and implement in organizational development. As each moment is an undiscovered change,both individuals and organizations should be ever-changing. This book will give a simplified version of change management, OD and what steps will support the process including "CNN's Wheel of Change" and Sins to be avoided.
