Political and legal culture of post-Soviet Russia

The author of the monograph considered the interaction of legal and political culture in the development of society; investigated the functioning of political and legal culture in the culture as a whole; analyzed and formulated the features of legal and political culture of post-Soviet Russia, shows the impact of political and legal culture on the development of Russian society. The urgency of the given research is seen in necessity of theoretical comprehension of questions of political and legal culture as an element of the general culture of society. Consideration of politics and law from the point of view of culturology allows to overcome formal and legal understanding of politics and law and to go beyond the normative description of political and legal processes. The monograph is designed for a wide range of readers: undergraduates, postgraduates, and scholars interested in questions about the place and role of political and legal culture in post-Soviet Russian society.
