Political Decision Design

The scientific publication offers a new methodological approach to the analysis of the political and management process (political decision making process) at the implementation stage. Theoretical foundations of political decision design in state and municipal authorities of the Russian Federation are being developed. Precedents of political decision design in the practice of state and municipal government of Ivanovo region are analyzed. Attention is paid to the problems of dependence of political decision design and the formation of alternative solutions, the "new management paradigm" and the knowledge economy.
