Kolsarieva Nazira Sharshenbekovna. Nasceu em 1974, a 2 de julho. Em 1991, ingressou na Universidade Estatal de Osh e em 1996 licenciou-se com distinção na Faculdade de História. Em 1997, ingressou na Faculdade de Direito da Universidade Estatal de Osh e licenciou-se com distinção em 2000.
