Political trajectories, discourses and actions: women in the legislature

The aim of this study is to identify and analyse the political trajectory, speeches and actions of the female councillors of the 2013/2016 legislature in the municipality of Guaíra in Paraná. The bibliographical basis for this research is Céli Regina Jardim Pinto, Clara Maria Araújo and Luís Felipe Miguel, contemporary researchers on the subject, who served as the foundation for this work. The study is divided into four parts, the first being a discussion of women in the political field between the authors described above, the second part a quick historical approach to women in the Guaíra city council, then the presentation and analysis of the speeches of the women councillors on the rostrum and their actions as councillors, and finally the analysis of the speeches of the women councillors on the interview conducted with them, observing the affirmations and contradictions with the previously collected material. Analysing the data collected shows significant differences between these women, ranging from personal information to the political trajectory they have built up and the way they act.

Il travaille comme administrateur, professeur d'université, professeur de troisième cycle, coordinateur d'une Junior Entreprise, consultant, conférencier et homme politique.
