Iulia P. - Graur is a lecturer at the "Dunarea de Jos" University from Galati, Romania in the Department of Applied Sciences, a very dedicated person. Author completed satisfactorily the PhD according to the approved planning in January 2015 in Mechanical Engineering field. Iulian Paduraru is a Ph.D student in the same field.
