Population Dynamics and Management of Diamondback Moth

In this book an attempt has been made to provide knowledge about seasonal abundance of Diamondback Moth & Lady Bird Beetle in Cabbage Ecosystem. Diamondback Moth is one of the most resistance insect against traditional Insecticides. Apart from ordinary management aspect & methods. This chapter gives an advanced control methods via. use of novel insecticides against Diamondback Moth & safe for natural enemies in cabbage ecosystem. Best efforts have been made to assess the efficacy of newer insecticidal molecules against DBM, and the result will be prove helpful for management of Plutella Xylostella.

Mr. Purushotam Sharma did his B.Sc. (Hons.) Ag. Degree from SKRAU, Bikaner in 2013 and M.Sc. (Ag.) in Entomology from SKNAU, Jobner, Jaipur in 2016. Cleared ICAR- JRF Examination and also qualified ASRB NET in 2018 & 2021. Total Two year Experience of Assistant Professor & four year Experience of Laboratory Assistant.
