Position of Australia in the International Relations

This book offers a fundamental basis for the study of Australian international relations and studies Australia as a global middle power. It offers theoretical background for the term "middle power". After the research of historical development of Australian position in the international relations since the times of European settlement until the end of the 20th century, it continues with the examination of the development of military and security issues of Australian foreign policy and ends with exploration of Australian membership in various international organizations.
