This book is basically an effort for sustainable agriculture through biofertilization, written for agronomists, soil scientists, plant physiologists and soil microbiologists. This writing has an equal importance for researchers, students and modern farmers thinking for cost effective, environment friendly and sustainable farming. It's an explanation of introduction to beneficial microbes with special focus on N-fixing and P-solubilizing microbes, methodology for testing of these microbes with a legume (Soybean) and a non-legume (Wheat)(Method of biofertilizer preparation and its application), Results of some experiments (Pot as well as field) conducted in natural and axenic conditions and finally logical reasoning in the form of discussion on these results. The authors hope that reading of this book will provide answers to many questions and will generate new areas of research for scientific community as well.
