This study was conducted to evaluate the antibacterial activity of Bilimbi Averrhoa bilimbi against spoilage-related bacteria. Specifically, this study aims (1) to determine the inhibitory activity of A. bilimbi extract against Vibrio anguillarum, Pseudomonas fragi, Pseudomonas fluorescens, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and Pseudomonas putida and (2) to compare the inhibitory activity of A. bilimbi and commercial antibiotics (Amoxicillin, Ciprofloxacin, and Cloxacillin) against spoilage-related bacteria.
