Ghana is known for the production of the world's premium quality cocoa but this is not achieved without challenges in its cocoa sector. This book objectively analyses both storage and transportation challenges of Cocoa Licensed Buying Companies involved in the internal marketing of Ghana's cocoa industry and how these challenges affect cocoa quality and lead to avoidable post harvest losses.
